- ½ cup almond butter
- ½ cup coarsely shredded zucchini
- ¼ cup dairy-free mini chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix oats
- almond butter
- zucchini
- chocolate chips
- honey
- flaxseed meal
- and ground cinnamon in a large bowl until combined.
- Divide mixture into 18 bite-sized pieces and roll into balls. Arrange in a storage container and refrigerate until set
