Yummy Pumpkin Scones

Here is a very simple pumpkin scone recipe, perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (Optional)
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. Beat sugar
