White Wine Vinaigrette

Description

This vinaigrette is nice and tangy but not overpowering. Perfect with a simple green salad. Can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • ⅓ cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the oil
  2. vinegar
  3. garlic
  4. sugar
  5. salt and pepper into a jar with a tight fitting lid. Close the lid
  6. and shake vigorously to blend. Use right away
  7. or store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
