White Fish Soup

Description

Very good and very easy to make. Gluten and dairy free.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 rib celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 (14 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
  • 3 cups chicken broth, or more to taste
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 ½ pounds cod, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 dash red pepper flakes

Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 35 mins

Total Time: 45 mins
