White Cheese Dip

Description

A creamy restaurant-style white cheese dip. Goes great with tortilla chips or as a topping for any Mexican dish.

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces white American cheese, cubed
  • 12 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
  • 1 pint half-and-half
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapeno peppers, drained
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

Instructions

  1. Combine American cheese
  2. Monterey Jack cheese
  3. half-and-half
  4. cream
  5. and jalapeno peppers in a large saucepan over medium-low heat; gradually stir spinach into mixture
  6. a few tablespoons at a time. Cook and stir dip until melted and smooth
  7. 15 to 20 minutes.
