White Bread II

Description

A loaf of very light white bread that’s baked in the bread machine. I also add 1 teaspoon bread improver, I never do without it. You’ll find a great difference in the texture of the bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk powder
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast

Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 2 hrs 45 mins

Total Time: 2 hrs 55 mins

Servings: 12
