Whipped Cream Frosting

Description

A heavenly coating for any cake. Whipped cream is gently folded into sweetened cream cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl
  2. beat cream cheese
  3. sugar salt and vanilla until smooth. In a small bowl
  4. whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
