Weeknight Baked Chicken Parmesan

Description

This baked chicken Parmesan can be served with fresh salad or over hot spaghetti with extra marinara sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 (8 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons extra-light olive oil, or as needed for browning
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar Ragu® Hearty Traditional Sauce
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 sprig Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
