Watergate Salad from DOLE®

Description

This dessert salad with a pistachio pudding base contains crushed pineapple, miniature marshmallows, pecans, and whipped topping.

Ingredients

• 1 (4 serving size) package instant pistachio flavor pudding mix
• 1 (20 ounce) can DOLE® Crushed Pineapple, undrained
• 1 cup miniature marshmallows
• ½ cup chopped pecans
• 1 ½ cups thawed whipped topping

Instructions

1. Mix dry pudding mix
2. crushed pineapple
3. marshmallows and pecans in large bowl until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping; cover.
4. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
