Vinegar Grilled Chicken

Description

A delicious marinade for grilled chicken.

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup water
  • ⅔ cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh-ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 4 (10 ounce) bone-in chicken breast halves

Instructions

  1. Place the water
  2. vinegar
  3. pepper
  4. salt
  5. Worcestershire sauce
  6. hot sauce
  7. and melted margarine into a large
  8. resealable plastic bag. Shake to combine ingredients
  9. then add chicken
  10. seal
  11. and shake to coat. Place in refrigerator to marinate at least 4 hours.
  12. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat
  13. and lightly oil grate. Remove chicken from marinade
  14. and shake off excess. Discard remaining marinade.
  15. Cook on preheated grill until no longer pink in the center; about 10 minutes per side.
