- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (Optional)
- 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce (Optional)
- 20 peeled and deveined medium shrimp
- 1 (6.75 ounce) package long rice noodles (rice vermicelli)
- 2 green onions, chopped (Optional)
