Vanilla Chia Pudding

A nice healthier pudding!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • ⅔ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine milk
  2. chia seeds
  3. vanilla extract
  4. and sugar in a bowl. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
