Uncle Wynn’s Bread Machine Rye

Description

Very healthy, very good, very easy to make in the bread machine.

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups water
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 teaspoons caraway seed
• ½ cup cornmeal
• 1 ½ cups dark rye flour
• 2 cups bread flour
• 2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
• 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
• 1 teaspoon salt
