Turmeric Coffee Latte

Description

Spiced coffee to warm you up.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 packets stevia sweetener (such as Truvia®)
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 fluid ounce brewed espresso

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut milk
  2. vanilla extract
  3. stevia sweetener
  4. turmeric
  5. ginger
  6. and cinnamon in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until warm
  7. about 5 minutes.
  8. Remove the saucepan from heat. Blend until frothy using an immersion blender.
  9. Pour espresso into a serving mug. Top off with frothed milk mixture.
