Tuna Tostadas I

Description

This is a great tangy dish that is so easy to make and is light, yet filling. The taste is flavorful and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can nonfat refried beans
  • ⅓ cup low-fat milk
  • 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 fresh lime
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • 4 tostada shells
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado – peeled, pitted and sliced

Cook Time: 10 mins

Total Time: 30 mins
