Description

Tuna and peas are simmered in a thick gravy. This makes a really good lunch.

  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can peas, with liquid
  • ¾ cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 quart milk
