Tuna Avocado Salad

Description

This tuna avocado salad recipe is really quick and easy to make–not to mention that it is loaded with benefits and nutrients that are perfect for a daily snack. It’s best served cold.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1 (5 ounce) can light tuna (such as Century®)
  • 2 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
  • ½ tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch chili powder, or more to taste
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Scoop out avocado contents and place in a bowl. Set aside shells.
  2. Mix in tuna
  3. tomatoes
  4. cilantro
  5. pepper
  6. chili powder
  7. and salt. Divide mixture between shells to serve.
