To-Die-For Stuffed Garlic Bread

Description

This is one of my most requested recipes. Not low-calorie, but absolutely delish! I’ve also used steamed broccoli in place of spinach.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
  • 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • ½ cup butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

Prep Time: 15 mins

Cook Time: 35 mins

Total Time: 1 hr
