The perfect simplified version of sushi vinegar!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice vinegar (such as Marukan®)
  • 1 ½ cups white sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons salt
  • ⅛ lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Stir together rice vinegar
  2. sugar
  3. salt
  4. and lemon juice in a saucepan over low heat until sugar and salt dissolve; do not boil.
  5. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Store in the refrigerator.
