Everyone LOVES this salad.
Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- ¾ pound fresh spinach
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sweet onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped raw almonds
- 1 tablespoon raw sunflower seeds
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Arrange bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat
