Teriyaki Ginger Salmon Marinade

Description

Grated fresh ginger root and brown sugar mixed with a prepared teriyaki sauce makes a tangy marinade for salmon or other seafood steaks.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
  • 4 steaks salmon steaks*

Instructions

  1. Combine Kikkoman teriyaki marinade
  2. brown sugar
  3. and grated ginger root in a bowl. Pour mixture over salmon steaks in a large resealable bag; seal well.
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
  5. turning the bag over once. Cook salmon as desired.
