Sweet potato smoothie with banana and cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups soy milk
  • ΒΌ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Bake sweet potato in the preheated oven until tender and cooked through
  3. about 1 hour. Remove skin
  4. then cool in the refrigerator 8 hours to overnight.
  5. Blend sweet potato
  6. banana
  7. soy milk
  8. and cinnamon together in a blender until smooth.
