Sweet Honey Cornbread

Fluffy and delicious cornbread that goes great with any dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can sweet corn, drained
  • 1 cup cornbread mix (such as Jiffy®)
  • 1 cup pancake mix with buttermilk
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine corn

  9. honey
  10. and salt in a large bowl; whisk together. Pour into the prepared baking pan.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven until golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
