Fluffy and delicious cornbread that goes great with any dish!
Ingredients
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can sweet corn, drained
- 1 cup cornbread mix (such as Jiffy®)
- 1 cup pancake mix with buttermilk
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- ½ cup white sugar
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Combine corn
- cornbread mix
- pancake mix
- evaporated milk
- sugar
- oil
- butter
- honey
- and salt in a large bowl; whisk together. Pour into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
- about 30 minutes.
