Super Simple Salmon

Description

This is a very simple but delicious way to prepare fresh salmon using just a few ingredients from your pantry.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Stir garlic powder
  2. basil
  3. and salt together in a small bowl. Rub the mixture evenly over salmon.
  4. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add salmon and cook until browned and flaky
  5. about 5 minutes per side.
  6. Serve salmon with lemon wedges.
