Sugared Campfire Donuts

Turn refrigerated biscuits into delicious, sugary donuts.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Toss together the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl
  2. set aside. Cut each biscuit into thirds
  3. and roll into balls. Skewer on a toasting fork
  4. and cook over hot coals
  5. turning constantly
  6. until golden brown. Dip into melted butter
  7. then roll in cinnamon sugar.
