Sugar-Free PB&J Smoothies

Description

This is a favorite breakfast at our house on busy days when I can’t cook a full meal. It is also nice for a an easy snack in the afternoons.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 ½ tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons honey
