Strawberry Spinach Salad Breakfast Wrap

This strawberry spinach breakfast wrap is a yummy, quick, and deliciously refreshing packed-full-of-nutrients morning meal. Perfect healthy alternative! Assemble right before eating.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup walnut pieces
  • ¼ (16 ounce) package hulled and sliced strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • 1 sheet lavash bread
  • ¾ cup fresh spinach
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread walnuts on a baking sheet and toast until fragrant
  2. tossing a couple of times to ensure even browning
  3. 5 to 8 minutes.
  4. Combine strawberry slices and coconut sugar in a small bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes
