  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • ½ cup chopped rhubarb
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup chopped strawberries
