Squid Salad

Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup white wine
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 pounds squid
  • 2 tablespoons minced shallots
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
