Spicy Smoked Salmon Tartlets

Baked Pepperidge Farm® Mini Puff Pastry Shells are filled with a flavorful mixture of cream cheese, smoked salmon, horseradish, lemon, chives and a dash of Tabasco to make sophisticated and scrumptious hors d’oeuvres.

Ingredients

  • 1 (9.5 ounce) package Pepperidge Farm® Mini Puff Pastry Shells
  • ⅓ cup chopped smoked salmon
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 3 tablespoons minced chives
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce
  • 1 Grated zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Bake
  2. cool and remove the “tops” of the pastry shells according to the package directions.
  3. Stir the salmon
  4. cream cheese
  5. horseradish
  6. 2 tablespoons chives
  7. hot pepper sauce and lemon zest in a medium bowl.
  8. Spoon about 1 teaspoon salmon mixture into each pastry shell. Sprinkle with the remaining chives.
