Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

Description

This roasted cauliflower recipe is well spiced, not too much, just enough!

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Combine cauliflower florets
  3. olive oil
  4. hoisin sauce
  5. Sriracha sauce
  6. salt
  7. and pepper in a large bowl; toss to combine. Spread out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven until cauliflower is soft and cooked through
  9. about 30 minutes
  10. turning once after 20 minutes.
