Spicy Chicken Burgers

Description

This is a healthy, spicy ground chicken burger topped with smashed avocado and a homemade coleslaw. It is the best burger you will ever have!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1 large avocado – halved, pitted, and peeled
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 (8 ounce) container light sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cabbage
  • 4 whole wheat Kaiser rolls
  • 1 large tomato, sliced (Optional)
