Soy Sauce Substitute

Description

Allergic to soy or wheat? Here is a great substitute for soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons beef bouillon
  • 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dark molasses
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pinch white pepper
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 ½ cups water

Instructions

  1. Stir water
  2. beef bouillon
  3. balsamic vinegar
  4. molasses
  5. ginger
  6. white pepper
  7. and garlic powder in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil and simmer until liquid is reduced to about 1 cup
  8. about 10 minutes.
  9. Store in the refrigerator and shake before using.
