A variation of plain no-knead bread using sourdough starter which gives the bread a slight sourdough flavor, that is subtle and yummy.

Ingredients

  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 1 ½ cups beer, room temperature
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons fed sourdough starter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons all-purpose flour, divided
