Sole with Bananas

Description

Who would think bananas would go so nicely with fish? I used sole with this recipe, but I think any white fish would work. My family usually doesn’t eat fish, but we all gobbled this up!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 (4 ounce) fillets sole
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 bananas, sliced lengthwise
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook Time: 30 mins

Total Time: 45 mins
