Slow Cooker Tender and Yummy Round Steak

Description

Tender and tasty economical top round or bottom round steak cooked in a rich tasting gravy with vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 carrots, peeled and sliced into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 pounds boneless round steak
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ¾ cup water

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes
  2. carrots
  3. and onion in a slow cooker. Cut steak into 6 equal pieces; place on top of vegetables.
  4. Whisk together condensed soup
  5. water
  6. and onion soup mix in a medium bowl until well combined; pour over steak.
  7. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 10 hours.

Cook Time: 10 hrs

Total Time: 10 hrs 20 mins
