Description

Beef roast cooked low and slow with tomatoes and piled on a toasted hoagie roll with melted provolone cheese and pickled vegetables is perfect year round.

Ingredients

  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 (2 pound) boneless beef chuck roast
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup lower sodium beef broth
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can Hunt’s® Diced Tomatoes, undrained
  • 6 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise and toasted
  • 6 thin slices provolone cheese, cut in half
  • ½ cup giardiniera
  • ¼ cup mild yellow banana pepper rings
