Simple Greek Yogurt Egg Salad

Description

Greek yogurt gives this dish a healthy kick, but the brown sugar makes sure no one even knows it’s in there! Very kid-friendly.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon dill weed
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk yogurt and brown sugar together in a bowl. Add eggs
  2. celery
  3. green onion
  4. relish
  5. mustard
  6. dill
  7. paprika
  8. and black pepper; mix well.
