Shrimp and Snow Pea Stir-Fry

Description

A great shrimp stir-fry! Serve with steamed rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat canola oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet or wok. Add garlic and ginger
  2. stirring constantly until fragrant
  3. about 1 minute. Stir in red bell pepper
  4. snow peas
  5. and scallions; stir-fry until tender
  6. 2 to 3 minutes. Add shrimp; cook until pink and cooked through
  7. 2 to 3 minutes more. Stir in soy sauce and toasted sesame oil.

Cook Time: 5 mins

Total Time: 15 mins
