Description
A great shrimp stir-fry! Serve with steamed rice.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat canola oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet or wok. Add garlic and ginger
- stirring constantly until fragrant
- about 1 minute. Stir in red bell pepper
- snow peas
- and scallions; stir-fry until tender
- 2 to 3 minutes. Add shrimp; cook until pink and cooked through
- 2 to 3 minutes more. Stir in soy sauce and toasted sesame oil.
