Shepherd’s Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell’sĀ® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • ā…› teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1ā€‰ā…“ cups instant mashed potato flakes or buds

Instructions

  1. Cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned

  7. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
