Seasoned Baked Potato Wedges

Description

I made these for our New Year’s dinner with pork chops and green beans. Everyone loved them!

Ingredients

  • 6 red potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Spread potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and coat with olive oil. Mix onion powder
  3. chili powder
  4. garlic powder
  5. and garlic salt in a small bowl; sprinkle over potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Bake in preheated oven until potatoes are tender
  7. 30 to 35 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
