Seafood Party Dip

Description

Every time I make this dip people go absolutely crazy for it! It is a staple at every party and people ask me to make it frequently. So yummy–I know you will love it!

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 tablespoon plain unflavored gelatin
  • ¾ pound cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 (12 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, flaked
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Spray a mold with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk water and gelatin together in a saucepan. Add soup and gently heat over medium-low heat until hot
  3. about 5 minutes.
  4. Mix shrimp
  5. imitation crab
  6. condensed soup
  7. cream cheese
  8. green onions
  9. celery
  10. and mayonnaise together in a bowl. Add soup mixture and mix until blended. Transfer into the prepared mold. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 8 hours
  11. or overnight
  12. before serving.

Cook Time: 5 mins

Total Time: 8 hrs 25 mins
