Salmon Patties I

Description

These salmon patties are delicious for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can canned salmon
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Drain and reserve liquid from canned salmon; place salmon in a medium bowl. Add bread crumbs
  2. onion
  3. and egg; mix well to combine.
  4. Shape mixture into patties
  5. adding reserved liquid from salmon if the mixture is too dry.
  6. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add patties and cook until golden brown
  7. about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels and serve.

Cook Time: 10 mins

Total Time: 25 mins
