Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • ½ cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 8 medium green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 large eggs eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can red salmon, skin and bone removed, drained and flaked
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
  • 4 each whole wheat burger buns, split
  • 4 large leaf (blank)s Lettuce leaves
  • 4 tablespoons dill dip or Ranch dip

Instructions

  1. In medium bowl
  2. mix all ingredients except margarine
  3. buns
  4. lettuce and dill dip. Shape mixture into 4 patties
  5. using heaping 1/2 cupfuls for each patty.
  6. In 10-inch nonstick skillet
  7. melt margarine over medium heat. Cook patties in margarine over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes
  8. turning once
  9. until brown and cooked through.
  10. Fill buns with lettuce
  11. salmon patties and dill dip.
