- 1 pound red snapper fillets, cut into 1 inch pieces
- ¼ pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 (10 ounce) cooked lobster tail, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2 lemons, cut into wedges
