Ruby French Dressing

Description

A classic French dressing recipe.

Ingredients

• 1 cup olive oil
• ⅔ cup ketchup
• ½ cup white sugar
• ½ cup white vinegar
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

1. Place olive oil
2. ketchup
3. sugar
4. vinegar
5. onion
6. lemon juice
7. mustard
8. paprika
9. salt
10. and black pepper in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; cover and shake until well blended. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Shake again before serving.
