Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites in a clean
  2. large bowl with an electric mixer at high speed until foamy.
  3. Gradually add sugar and lemon extract. Beat on high speed until thickened.
