Rosemary Grilled Swordfish

Description

Recommended by my local fish market and made some adjustments along the way. Any fresh herb can be used based on your own personal tastes.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds swordfish steaks
