As the name implies, roasted bell peppers married to a simple red wine and garlic vinaigrette. Lovely on sandwiches, tossed into a salad, etc.

  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon capers, drained and rinsed
