Roasted Balsamic Cauliflower

Description

Easy and tasty, minimal mess, this cauliflower is oven-baked at high temperature (i.e. roasted).

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into bite size pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
  2. Stir the olive oil
  3. balsamic vinegar
  4. salt
  5. and garlic together in a bowl. Add the cauliflower and toss to coat; spread the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
  6. Stirring occasionally
  7. bake in the preheated oven until tender
  8. about 20 minutes.
